| I want to thank you all for your patience and prayers during my most recent health battle. I'm on the mend and starting to feel much better...who would have thought that just growing an adenoid back at my age would make one so sick! With the adenoid removed and recovering nicely now from the surgery I am feeling much better. Again, thank you all for your thoughts, prayers, and warm wishes during my illness and recovery. My apologies to those that have missed my monthly horoscopes. Look for them back in the beginning of August (yes, I know, that's just a few days away) - by the 10th! They'll be back on a monthly basis now, so be sure to check, in order to be able to make to most out of the planetary energies for the month! I'm back now and ready to go to work! I've very excited about a new program we are starting in the local area - a Spirit Dancing Class. Rather than focusing on chant or trance dancing as in Shamanic and Sufi traditions as well as Ecstatic Dance, Spirit Dance focusing on centering oneself and connecting with the inner knowing. With the movement requirement being inner driven, the class benefits both those with years of experience in dance, as well as those of limited physical ability. The classes are two hours long and are structured to ensure that the individual can take with them the tools to continue deepening their connection with the divine through Spirit Dancing.
